Special Ops: Altered Item

Teabook

Todays Special Ops assignment is an altered tea box with an accompanying mini-album.
It's a super simple process with deeply gratifying results.
~ Everyday Moments ~

Supplies:
1 sheet of patterned paper
8 mini-brads
1 tea box
adhesive
washi tape

Step 1: Have a tea party with your best pals, taking care to drink enough tea to finish all 20 tea bags from any flavor of Lipton tea that comes in pyramid tea bags.

Step 2: Carefully open the tea box along each of the seams.

Step 3: Lay the opened box onto the patterned paper so that the photos on the tea box lay against the wrong side of the patterned paper. Trace and cut. Trace the lid seperately.

Step 4: Adhere Patterned Paper to the tea box. Set mini-brads along the seams of the box and the lid for reinforcement. Add a strip of washi tape to the split between the lid and the back of the box.

Step 5: Use the instructions posted on the Just Imagine Crafts/Kreaxions blog today to make the accompanying mini-album.

Check my blog, Scrappin' Chaos for a list of supplies used.
